eSIM Questions

How do I install my eSIM?
After purchase, go to your Dashboard and find your eSIM. Scan the QR code with your phone camera or go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation.
Is my device compatible with eSIM?
Most modern smartphones support eSIM, including iPhone XS and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer. Check your device settings for "Add eSIM" or "Add Cellular Plan" option.
When does my eSIM validity start?
Your eSIM validity period begins when you first connect to a mobile network at your destination, not when you install it. Install your eSIM before traveling while you have WiFi access.
Why is my eSIM not connecting?
Make sure Data Roaming is enabled in your phone settings. Go to Settings > Cellular > your eSIM > enable Data Roaming. Also ensure you are in the coverage area listed for your plan.
Can I get a refund for my eSIM?
Refunds are only available if the eSIM fails to work due to technical issues on our end. If approved, refunds are credited to your account balance for future purchases. See our Refund Policy for details.

Gift Card Questions

How do I receive my gift card?
Gift cards are delivered digitally to your account immediately after payment confirmation. Go to your Dashboard and find your gift card with the redemption code and instructions.
Can I cancel or refund a gift card?
No. All gift card sales are final. Once the code is generated and delivered, it cannot be refunded, cancelled, or exchanged. Please verify the brand and amount before purchasing.
My gift card code is not working. What should I do?
First, ensure you are entering the code exactly as shown (case-sensitive). If the code still does not work, you will need to contact the gift card brand directly for redemption support.
What gift cards do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of gift cards including Visa/Mastercard prepaid cards, popular retail brands, gaming cards, and payment services like PayPal and Wise. Browse our Gift Cards section for the full selection.
Can I use my account balance for gift cards?
Yes! You can pay for gift cards using your account balance. This is also a final sale with no refunds once the code is delivered.

Payment Questions

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Monero, and many others through our payment partner Heleket. You can also pay using your account balance.
How do I add funds to my account balance?
Currently, account balance comes from referral earnings or refunds. You can use your balance to purchase eSIMs or gift cards.
My payment was sent but order shows pending
Cryptocurrency payments require network confirmations. Bitcoin typically takes 10-60 minutes, while other coins may be faster. Your order will be fulfilled automatically once confirmed.
