Important Summary
eSIMs:You can cancel and get a full refund to your account balance if the eSIM has NOT been installed on a device yet. Use the "Cancel & Refund" button on your eSIM details page. No refunds for installed, used, or expired eSIMs.
Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges after purchase - codes are irrevocable once generated.
General Policy
Both eSIM and gift card products are digital goods delivered instantly after payment confirmation. Due to their digital nature, different refund policies apply to each product type.
Gift Card Refund Policy - Final Sale
All gift card purchases are final sale with no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
- -Once a gift card code is generated and delivered, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
- -Gift card codes are irrevocable - they cannot be cancelled or reversed after delivery.
- -This applies to all payment methods including cryptocurrency and account balance.
- -Please verify the brand, denomination, and currency before completing your purchase.
- -Issues with redeeming gift cards must be resolved directly with the issuing brand.
eSIM Refund Policy
We offer a simple self-service refund process for eSIMs that have not been installed yet. Your eSIM validity period starts when you install it on your device, not when you purchase it.
Self-Service eSIM Cancellation & Refund
You can cancel your eSIM and receive an automatic refund to your account balance if:
- -eSIM not installed: The eSIM has NOT been installed/downloaded on any device yet.
- -How to cancel: Go to Dashboard → My eSIMs → Select your eSIM → Click "Cancel & Refund" button.
- -Instant refund: The full purchase amount is automatically credited to your account balance immediately.
Important: Refunds are credited to your account balance only. Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, we do not refund to original payment methods. Your account balance can be used for future eSIM or gift card purchases.
When eSIM Refunds Are Not Available
The self-service refund option is NOT available once the eSIM has been:
- -Installed on a device: Once you scan the QR code and install the eSIM, it cannot be refunded.
- -Used any data: If any data has been consumed, the eSIM cannot be refunded.
- -Expired: Once the validity period has ended, no refund is available.
Note: Your eSIM validity period (e.g., 7 days, 30 days) starts when you install it on your device, not when you purchase it. This means you can buy in advance and install when ready.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact our support team with:
- - Your account email address
- - The order ID or eSIM ICCID
- - A description of the issue
- - Screenshots if applicable (e.g., error messages)
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
